Business Occupancy Permit
New businesses are required to receive a certificate of business operation/occupancy, that are then renewed annually. That application can be submitted through the City’s ONLINE PORTAL. Upon receipt and review of a complete application, a business maintenance inspection must be completed in advance of the new business opening.
New businesses are encouraged to contact the City early in the site selection process in advance of purchasing a property or signing a lease to discuss requirements that may be specific to your business or location you are considering.
