Payment Options
Residential and commercial local sewer and refuse customers have four options for paying their local utility bill.
Online Payments
You may pay your bill online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by registering your account (PDF) with the Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN)


Paying at City Hall
You may pay your bill at the Cleveland Heights Utility Department during office hours. The main office is located on the lower level of City Hall.
If you prefer, you may pay after hours by dropping your payment in the night depository box located in the front of City Hall.

Pay by Mail
- Send your payment in the return envelope included with your bill or mail your bill stub and payment to our Post Office Box address.
- Remember to write your account number on your check or money order, and never send cash.
