Bicycle License

The City requires license and registration for all bicycles operated within the city. Cyclists can buy their permits at the Treasury Window.

Copy of a Birth or Death Certificate

Birth certificates for those born in Cleveland Heights may be obtained with the help of the Health department.

Dog License

Dogs are licensed through the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter.

Library Card

We understand that it is not always possible for kids to get a parent or guardian to come to the library to sign a library card application. That’s why we offer the “3 for Me” card.

Municipal Parking Permit

Parking permits for municipal lots are sold on a quarterly basis. Parking lots with available permits for sale may be purchased during normal hours of operation at the cashier’s window.
