Marriage licenses are obtained through the Cuyahoga County Probate Court. Marriages are scheduled Monday through Thursday at Noon. Call the Bailiff’s Office at 216-291-3385 to schedule the day and time.
Timeline & Fees
At least three days are required to process paperwork (Marriage License Registration) and Marriage Fee of $50. Cash or credit card accepted.
