Mayor's Action Center
How can we help you today?
Start using the Mayor's Action Center today. Create a request.
Welcome to the Mayor’s Action Center (MAC) we are here to help!
Mayor Kahlil Seren created the MAC in 2023 to be an easy way for Cleveland Heights residents to ask questions and make service requests of their city government. Now, when you need something from the City, you don’t have to hunt for the right person or department. The MAC is your one-stop city services shop!
Questions about your trash collection? Being plagued by a pothole? Concerned about your sidewalk? Contact the MAC!
You have four ways to reach us—by using the MAC Web Portal, calling the MAC at (216) 291-2323, coming into City Hall, or downloading and using the Access Cleveland Heights app on your mobile device. The Access Cleveland Heights app is usually your best option. The app prompts you for the information we need to quickly respond to your request. You can download the app by clicking on the links or scanning the QR codes below. But reach out to us however you’re most comfortable.
Once we have your service request, I’ll personally go to work getting you an answer. I’ll talk with the right department and get back to you with a response. You’ll be able to check my progress on the app.
I can’t promise you that every request you make will be fulfilled overnight. Some things take time, and there are things the City may not be able to do. But I can guarantee your request will be taken seriously and get my full attention.
We’ve included directions for how to use the app or the form below. Check them out. And then let us know how we can help!
