Treasury Window
At the Treasury (Cashier's) Window, located on the entry level of City Hall, and open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., residents may pay for and/or purchase:
- Parking tickets issued by the Police Department (Questions regarding tickets, call 216-291-3414)
- Water and sewer bills
- Municipal parking permits
- Bicycle licenses
- Vicious Dog registration
- Cleveland Heights gift items (mugs, key holders, etc.)
City of Cleveland Heights Check Return Policy
If a check is returned unpaid, your signature gives the City of Cleveland Heights permission to debit your account electronically for the original check amount plus a service fee of $25. Payment by your check constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please make sure sufficient funds are available in your checking account to avoid any complications regarding this policy.
