Policies & Regulations for City Parks

The City of Cleveland Heights has five parks - Barbara H. Boyd Park, Cain Park, Cumberland Park, Denison Park and Forest Hill Park - that feature countless amenities for residents to enjoy. All city parks are open from 6 a.m. to sunset, except for City-sanctioned events. The following list features prohibited activities (per City Ordinance Number 923) that pertain to each park:

  • No driving or parking on park pathways or grass
  • No two-wheel motor vehicles
  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No loud music
  • No dogs
  • No golfing
  • No gambling
